How to register for TOEIC?
Booking a TOEIC exam can be done in a few steps as below:
You can pay for the TOEIC test using a credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
This secure process ensures your personal information is protected.
Note that alternative methods like checks or cash are not accepted.
Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive confirmation of your test registration.
When you register for the TOEIC test, make sure you use your name exactly as it is on your primary ID.
You should write your full first and last name as they appear on your identification.
Nicknames are not acceptable.
If the names do not match, the test cannot be taken.
Otherwise, your fee will be forfeited.
Remember to double-check the name on your registration confirmation document.
Contact your local EPN office for corrections if necessary.
Besides, note that only minor spelling errors can be corrected at check-in.
However, you can’t change your name.
Let’s say you’ve changed your name due to marriage or other similar circumstances.
In this case, your primary ID still must catch the name you registered with.
You need to bring a valid, unexpired ID with your signature and a recent photograph to be admitted to the test center.
For EU test-takers in the EU, a national ID card or passport is required.
Meanwhile, non-EU ones need to show their passport (resident permits are not accepted).
Test-takers within their country of citizenship may use a driver’s license or military ID.
Ensure your ID matches the registration details, and refer to the Examinee Handbook for further guidance.
It is advisable to register for the TOEIC test well in advance of your chosen date and time.
Note that cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 10 days prior to the test date to incur no penalty.
An administrative fee will be incurred in two cases:
Planning your registration early ensures flexibility in case adjustments are needed.
If you have not received your TOEIC booking confirmation, you should check your spam folder first.
Also, you can view your appointment details by logging into your online account.
Navigate to the “Test to come” section, where you can resend the confirmation email.
Keep in mind that the confirmation is not required on the test day.
To change your test date, first cancel your registration and then book a new date.
If you use a voucher, it will be ready to use again later.
If you signed up online, look at the refund policy before you cancel.
When you want to cancel your booking, log into your account, go to “Test to come” and click “Manage my registration.”
Then, choose “Cancel my registration.”
If you don’t have an account, create one using the link in your confirmation email.
